My name is Kyron O’Donnell
I’m a graduate of BSc Applied Strength and Conditioning at the University Level. I help men and women lose weight, and get in shape and transform into a healthier, stronger, more confident person My main focus is helping people improve their body composition (more muscle, less fat) while still eating the foods they love, and improving their health and lifestyle at the same time.

Kyron is a Qualified Level 8 Personal Trainer.
